In pursuant to the subject matter of safeguarding us from the consumer liability in the Agreement signed between us i.e. Rashi & Dell, we see that nowhere the executed contract with Dell safeguard us from this liability. Thereby, for this issue we can take a side email understanding from Dell Team safeguarding us from the consumer liability.
