Terms and Conditions of Credit Card No Cost EMI

The following terms and conditions apply to no cost equated monthly installment (""EMI"") transactions made using EMI facility as a payment option (""No Cost EMI"") 

1. This offer is available on select products as determined from time to time by Dell at its sole discretion. The customers will be able to view the offer on the product page and payment page. The Offer is applicable only to products where this No Cost EMI is mentioned. I understand and confirm that I will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment to the bank in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card. The interest cost charged by the bank over time is being given back to me upfront at the time of this purchase and netted off in the invoice amount.
2. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The banks issuing the credit cards reserve the right to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes on the purchase transactions undertaken on EMI. It shall be solely your responsibility to pay all such applicable taxes.
4. The discretion to allow the payment lies with the bank issuing the credit card. Dell will have no obligation or liability in the event the bank refuses to process the transaction for any reason. 
5. The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance.
6. Dell will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies. Such charges shall be paid by customer and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.
7. In case customer fails to make timely payment of EMI, there may be additional interests/penalty which may be levied by the bank which may be higher than the discount offered under this scheme.
8. Dell reserves the right to stop No Cost EMI payment option at any time without prior notice and without any liability. However, you shall continue to be liable to repay the amount due under any EMI facility accessed by you previously.
9. Customers can add more than one item to their cart and if all the products are available on no cost EMI, you will get no cost EMI discount on all. No Cost EMI discount will be calculated only on the eligible items in the cart.
10. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
11. All returns or cancellations will be in accordance with Dell’s policy. However, you may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on the user for the same
12. This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardholder shall be 18 years.
13. No cost EMI is only applicable to the price of the system and does not apply to accessories when bought along with the system. For standalone accessories, please check the specific product pages to see if they are eligible.
14. All claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
